When COVID made it unsafe to meet clients in person, we moved to a 100% remote platform. Most of our clients were already this way. Due to the efficiencies realized, we have decided to stay this way for the foreseeable future. Our clients no longer have to deal with traffic, finding a parking space, transferring colds, or forgetting documents.
We accomplish this through tools such as using a secure portal for information exchange and having virtual meetings instead of office visits. There are many times where clients upload documents that they forgot during our online meetings. In the past this would have resulted in delays and even additional appointments. You can also send anything to us via fax or through the mail.
