Financial Planning

How We Work

We understand that true financial planning is so much more than simply preparing for retirement. We help you define the purpose behind your money so you can expand your vision of what is possible in life. Then we build on that vision to create and implement a financial plan to help you meet your goals.

Our process is a continuous journey. We’ll meet regularly to discuss your plan and make adjustments as the market and your situation changes. Along the way, we’ll continue to challenge you to reach greater heights for a truly meaningful life.

What to Expect:

Complimentary Consultation without an obligation.

We will mutually determine if we are the right fit for you. Even if it's not a good fit, you'll leave this conversation with an action plan and some next steps.

This call helps us understand your current financial situation, future goals, challenges, and opportunities. You will answer questions like:

  • What is foremost on your mind?
  • What does retirement look like to you?
  • Do you currently have a retirement plan?
  • And more...

Our goal is to learn more about your financial goals, the purpose of your money, your monthly expenses and more...

By learning even more about you through our risk and wealth plan assessment, we'll analyze your current financial situation, future goals, and ways we can help you get where you want. We'll apply almost two decades of experience, thousands of hours of training, research, and expertise to begin creating your financial roadmap.

If it is mutually agreeable that we are a good fit for you, there is a one time fee for a comprehensive financial plan:

  • Foundational Plan = $1,500
  • Full View = $2,500
  • High-Earner Tax Plan = $300

Our Financial Planning Process

Step 1 - Initial Meeting

We need to understand you goals and your personal financial circumstances. We'll be requesting various documents from you (investment statements, tax returns, insurance policies, etc.) toward that end.

Step 2 - Discovery

What are your goals for this year? Where do you want to be in 10 years? When can you retire? We will discuss your short and long-term goals as well as your financial concerns.

Step 3 - Evaluate Potential Courses of Action

We evaluate potential courses of action for you. For example: Can you afford to retire now? Is it best to wait to take social Security?

Step 4 - Financial Plan Design

We get to work! We analyze and evaluate your financial status and work on your behalf to prepare answers to the questions you’ve asked. We may be back to you for more information during the process.

Step 5 - Present Recommendations

We will use the data you have provided to discuss our recommendations for you, particularly addressing your concerns. We want to be sure we’ve addressed all your financial priorities and that you feel confident that you are making wise, informed decisions.

Step 6 - Implement Recommendations

This is where you start taking control of your financial life. We will give you a specific list of implementation steps. We will coordinate with related professionals as appropriate.

Step 7 - Monitor and Review

This meeting takes place roughly 3 months after your Financial Plan has been delivered to you. We monitor progress in achieving your financial goals and make adjustments to the recommendations as needed.
